How safe is EarnPark,
really?
Instead of a vague 'trusted' badge, we grade EarnPark on five concrete, checkable criteria — each with sources. Here's exactly how it scores.
Criterion by criterion, with sources
- ✗
Regulation
No licence from a financial regulator. The operating company is EarnPark Limited (British Virgin Islands, no. 2149760); the platform is owned by EarnPark Platform LLP (UK, OC442773). Both are company registrations. The SEC Form D it cites is a notice filing — EarnPark itself says it does not mean the SEC approved or supervises it. Source 1 → Source 2 →
- ✗
Proof-of-Reserves
Publishes its own reserve page with on-chain addresses and a Binance account statement, updated monthly — but no independent auditor or attestation: EarnPark says it "stands behind these figures directly". We count only independently checked proof of reserves. Source →
- ✓
Flexible withdrawal
No fixed lock: withdrawals are usually processed at once and can take up to 24 hours, because the funds are working inside strategies. Note that these are trading strategies (market making, DeFi), not a savings account — the principal is at risk (see the track record). Source →
- ✗
Insurance Fund
No named insurer or protection fund. After the 2025 and 2026 strategy losses EarnPark compensated clients in its own PARK token, not from an insurance fund. Source →
- ✗
Track record (2+ years incident-free)
Operating since July 2022, with two losses of client funds on its own record: a large part of the Delta Safe BTC position in October 2025, and about −30% on the Maker Core strategy in August 2026 after Binance force-closed positions. Both were compensated in PARK tokens. Source →
