Bank savings rates in Malaysia

4 banks, each figure read off the bank's own product page. The number on a card is what you get without meeting any conditions.

The highest rate you can get in Malaysia without conditions is 3 % at Boost Bank, as of our last check.

Boost Bank
3 % savings account

Ставка Special Jars, и она требует трат: банк пишет «Unlock Special Jars to start earning 3.3% p.a. daily interest! Just spend with our eligible partners». Savings Jars.

GXBank (Grab)
2 % savings account

FAQ банка дословно: «You get 3.18% p.a. for the 3-month tenure, or 3.70% p.a. for the 6-month tenure. This is inclusive of the 2.00% p.a. base rate», — то есть 3,70% дают за Bonus Pocket, закрытый на шесть месяцев, и внутри этой цифры уже сидит базовые 2%.

RHB Bank
0.65 % savings account

advertises 0.75 % — condition not yet verified

Every figure is read off the bank's own product page — never an aggregator, never a comparison site. Where a bank publishes only a ceiling, we say so instead of printing it as a rate. Records we could not confirm on the bank's page are left out entirely rather than shown as approximate.
